A Human Resources Professional with over 27 years’ Global experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development and Hospitality Operations, with proven expertise in designing and implementing high impact HR processes and policies globally.

 

Ralin has performed multiple strategic roles across brands, strategic business units and geographies during his 23 years association with Indian Hotels Company Limited, A Tata Group company. In his last assignment at IHCL, Ralin served as the Vice President – Human Resources responsible for HR operations across hotels in US, UK, Africa, UAE, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Malaysia and South India. Ralin has the experience in Organizational Restructuring, Culture Building, Performance Management, Talent Management and Employee Relations.

 

Ralin has done his PGCHRM from XLRI, Jamshedpur and Global HR Leadership Program from National University of Singapore (NUS).
